The purpose study was determine factors associated recovery people co-morbidities diabetes mellitus. This uses correlational research design cross sectional approach sample 119 respondents taken by total sampling technique. results showed DM area ​​the Cilegon City Health Office were mostly obedient OAT (62.2%), most them had PMO (79.8%), received good support from community. his (54.6%) almost completely recovered after (80.7%).
